Rule #38 of the GLMC Rally Rules was amended at the Fall 2018 Club Meeting in Watertown - http://www.glmc.org/rally_rules.php

Riders who withdraw and notify the Rallymaster more then two weeks prior to the start of rally will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee. After that the refund is 0%.

We hope this encourages riders to sign up early which helps the Rallymasters plan.
