Yep.

That's one of the cool things of these GTs-we ride through countless small towns, many of which have vintage gas stations, some vacant, some repurposed, a few still pumping gas.

Seney, IA, population <50, had a transmission shop and a Sinclair station, but both closed before I was born. They were going through the building to sell it three years ago and it had all sorts of vintage mopar speed parts in it, NOS transmission rebuild kits, vintage sparkplug cleaner machines, all that. It was really cool to see it after being untouched for over 30 years.

It's pretty cool when one of those ultra rare gems are discovered.

I found the Asphalt Buffet a little late in the season, but I’m loving it so far. One of my fav places to visit is Hangers Cafe at Sky Acres Airport in LaGrangeville, NY. Fab breakfast & lunch spot.

My understanding is that you can't just "upload" photos to the forum, but need to provide a link to where they are stored on the web.

I use Google Photos, and I have posted how to post photos from your Google Photo Album here :- https://www.glmc.org/GLMC_Garage/showthr...p?tid=1161

I know it looks complicated, but it is fairly straight forward.

I could be wrong, but I think you will find that your method works perfectly if the image is already hosted on some website or other forum, but it will not work for a photo in your Google Photo Album.

Round Up in Cold Spring, NY was a decent Texas style BBQ joint until this past year. Bill, the owner, has put out the flame in order to take care of his wife.

There's something about a ramshackle, dilapidated building that adds to the ambiance of an eatery. A little grease won't kill us if it's served with love. And Bill's food was definitely a labor of love, not only of the brisket and ribs, but also of motorcycles and a funky ole red barn stained yellow from the smoke.

This has got to be one of the best pics to date. Sorry to hear that Bill is throwing in the towel. If such is the truth, perhaps he would sell the establishment and could be the next GLMC club house?

While a little grease probably won't kill you, some of the Google reviews from prior years suggest that the multitude of flies inside the eatery just might.

Still, Annie-98's photo plus Lapchik's Moquah Bar photo do capture the essence of this Grand Tour as in " venues showing obvious and advanced signs of age, disorder, neglect, and in stages of advanced disrepair "

The "essence" at Moquah smelled very much like ammonia and stale beer. The deer flies could carry you away. Sealed containers only, don't ask the guy to mix anything! lol

There's a story here....... the property also has another rather dilapidated, smaller wooden building closer to the road. It appears to have once been one of those old gas stations that had a roof over the pumps. Then later became a hardware store.

Some years back it was rented as a clubhouse.

All photos must be submitted digitally via attachments to RallyMaster2025@gmail.com or USB drive.
If you want to submit via USB, email the Rally Master prior to September 30th for the mailing address. The mailing must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2025. USB drives will be returned if you enclose a S.A.S.E. with your USB.

A list of establishment locations is required. Include in the name of each photo, what the town the
establishment is in; city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, and your rally number
last. Example: Countryside, IL, Sally’s Diner, Rider 803.

A list of poker chips is required. Include in the name of each photo, what town the establishment is in;
city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, how many points you are claiming,
