Yeah, it would be any large mural regardless of where or upon what. The general guideline would be around 10x the size of a motorcycle. Easy to visualize: park near it, and if it's around 3 motorcycles long and 3 motorcycles tall or 4 motorcycles long and a bit over 2 motorcycles tall it counts.
