OK, I think I have worked it out. The format is (town name) Airport, at (some location),

1. where (town name) must start with G, L, M or C
2. and (town name) must be an actual suburb of a town, or a town or a city
3. and (town name) & (some location) need to be the same.
4. and (some location) must also start with G, L, M or C
5. and (some location) must also be a suburb, or a town or a city (not at region or area)

Correct. Town name in airport name, and the actual location of the airport.
