How about the same type of church? For example would First Baptist Church and Christ Baptist Church both count? I'm guessing yes because they both have different exact names. However, Burlington First Baptist Church and Montrose First Baptist Church would not both count.

You are exactly correct, unless the Burlington and Montrose are in multiple states, then they would both count.
