I hope that you enjoyed this year's GT. I wanted to post a friendly reminder as we come to a close...

Submissions must be emailed or uploaded no later than 11:59:59 PM CT September 30th, 2025.
All photos must be submitted digitally via attachments to RallyMaster2025@gmail.com or USB drive.
If you want to submit via USB, email the Rally Master prior to September 30th for the mailing address. The mailing must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2025. USB drives will be returned if you enclose a S.A.S.E. with your USB.

A list of establishment locations is required. Include in the name of each photo, what the town the
establishment is in; city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, and your rally number
last. Example: Countryside, IL, Sally’s Diner, Rider 803.

A list of poker chips is required. Include in the name of each photo, what town the establishment is in;
city first, state/province second, the name of the establishment, how many points you are claiming,
and your rally number last. Example: Countryside, IL, Illinois Harley Davidson, 2 points, Rider 803.
You can combine each list into one list or spreadsheet. At the end of your lists, list, or spreadsheet,
indicate the number of points you are claiming.
