Is there anybody home at RallyMaster2026@gmail.com? This is the email address listed in the rules for submission. I wrote three times inquiring whether I can submit photos via a cloud service and have not received any response.
The rules also say to write to this address to request the snail mail address. Time is getting pressious short for this to happen.

I will ping the Rally Master but the answer is no. You must submit via attachments or mail. Below is copied from the rules.

All photos must be submitted digitally via attachments to RallyMaster2026@gmail.com or USB drive. If
you want to submit via USB, email the Rally Master prior to September 30th for the mailing address. The
mailing must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026. USB drives will be returned if you enclose
a S.A.S.E. with your USB.
