The 2017 Edition of the Bonzai Rally is in the books...Results have been sent to Alex and I'm sure will shortly be sent to Brion to be updated on the web site.

I have had a little bit of time to go through everyone's score sheets, quickly not thoroughly, and I see we might have to let the scorers have there way and deduct points for missing rider info BUT on the other side of the coin then I would have to figure out how to give you guy's BACK points for the missing info from scoring people Big Grin

Congrats to Dana he filled everything out, the other 2 look like they started out good and got lazy... Like the shirts Joanne Smile

I do believe all of the combos were used but I was surprised nobody pulled off a double combo route but I think the flags changed one of those rides for most people, that and the Cassville Ferry being down.

As I dig deeper I will post more info!!

Once again the Bonzai was alot of fun. Thanks to Jayd and his crew of volunteers. Just don't know what I would do on Memorial Day Weekend without being able to look forward to this event. Wisconsin roads rock and the scenery isn't bad either. And the shirt made it home.

Thank you Jayd, I think Pete would be honored with the roads you led us on with the combos. I had a fabulous day (despite the one bonus I rode past and one that my GPS missed Smile

) No Rain, Partly Sunny, no road kill, got back on time, not much traffic, Great day!!!!

I love the flag counting one. I'm assuming riders weren't aware of the large number of flags which makes it even better. Plus I'm sure there were some parade's to deal with.
Rally tip #32: Always plan for a parade for a Bonzai rally.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone for making our first every Bonzai Rally a great experience.

Everyone was so open and friendly, it was easy to relax and focus on our ride.

Special thanks to Jayd and Brant for spending time with us Saturday Night and to Carol, Brian, Karen, Dave and Marcus for the great conversation over dinner on Sunday.

We hope everyone made it home safely and we are looking forward to riding with everyone again real soon!!
